Online Harley Stunt Coaching Course

At Get Vertical LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality online Harley stunt coaching course to help you master the art of stunts on your motorcycle. We believe in the value and effectiveness of our program, and we stand behind it. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, participants must have actively engaged in the course by sharing their progress and actively participating in our members-only Facebook group for a minimum period of six months from the date of enrollment.

2. Proof of Engagement: In order to request a refund, participants must provide evidence of consistent engagement within the course and demonstrate active participation within our members-only Facebook group during this six-month period.

3. Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at coach@getverticalcoaching.com. Provide details regarding your participation in the course and engagement within the Facebook group over the required timeframe.

4. Evaluation Period: Once your refund request is received, it will be carefully evaluated by our team based on your documented progress and engagement within the specified time frame.

5. Refund Approval or Denial: If it is determined that you have met all eligibility criteria by consistently engaging with both course materials and fellow participants through sharing progress updates in our members-only Facebook group over at least six months, you will be eligible for a full or partial refund as determined by Get Vertical.

6. Non-Eligibility for Refunds: Participants who fail to meet all eligibility criteria outlined above will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Processing Timeframe: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days using the original payment method used during enrollment.

Please note that this specific refund policy applies only to our online Harley stunt coaching course and does not extend to any other products or services offered by Get Vertical LLC.
